- Mime eating it the way it is really eaten: with chopsticks, rolled up, scooped with bread or with a knife and fork.
- Show where the dish comes from with a well-known landmark or gesture from that country.
- For drinks, show the cup size and how it is served, whether hot, iced or topped with froth.
