How to use the charades generator
- Choose one or more decks and a difficulty.
- One card at a time: tap Next card and act it out while everyone guesses.
- Team game: set the number of teams and the seconds per turn, then press Start turn when the actor is ready.
- Tap Got it for every correct guess. The scoreboard keeps the totals and tells you which team is next.

Charades generator questions
How does the charades generator work?
It draws a random card from the decks you picked, filtered by difficulty, and never repeats a card until the pile runs out. The team mode adds a turn timer and a scoreboard.
Is the charades generator free?
Yes. It runs in your browser with no sign-up and no download, and it uses the same four decks that are free forever in the Act Up app.
What do easy, medium and hard mean?
Easy cards are single, concrete things that most children can act out. Medium cards need a little more mime. Hard cards are abstract ideas, phrases or titles that take real creativity.
Can I play charades with the generator on one phone?
Yes. Pass the phone to each actor, keep the screen turned away from the guessers, and tap Got it or Pass as the team guesses. The timer and scores stay on the page.
